Mindy Sommers Featured Artist Interview on Zazzle
Here is the link. A big thank you to Zazzle, particularly Jes, the Community Manager/Marketing Director, who has been a supporter of my art from the very start. WE LOVE ZAZZLE! If you are an artist or photographer and don’t have a Zazzle store, shame on you. Big mistake
Fleurs Bleues, straight from Vintage Paris.
Our newest series from our Organica Gallery, “Fleurs Bleues” (“Blue Flowers”) is a refreshing, trendy mixture of lime greens, aquas, lavenders, purples and robin’s egg or wedgewood blues, with a heavy French flavour. It’s available for custom printing on all our products. The great thing about Organica is that it was designed with coordinating home decor in mind. In other words, you can use both images, and *pieces* from both images, to coordinate as patterns/art pieces in your home in the way of tiles, tile murals, backsplashes, accent tiles, border tiles, tile floors, serving trays, glass placemats for your table, coasters and more. Trendy colors in home decor right now are mixes and variations of blue and green, so “Fleurs Bleues” will freshen and uplift your space and give it an updated look.

What happens when you mix damask and butterflies?
Oh, all kinds of things
There are actually two color palettes for this piece, one is purples, greens and aquas, and the other is blues, greens, yellows and aquas. Coordinating art is particularly wonderful when you are using accent tile pieces to coordinate with a main piece, such as a wall mural or tile floor, or backsplash. They also work very well when you coordinate on items such as glass placemats, coasters, serving trays, etc. As with all Color Bakery pieces, these are available for custom printing on all our products. Which palette do *you* prefer?
